干细胞的分类Classification of Stem Cells
按照发生学来源分类,可分为:Stem cells classification by their genesis:
胚胎干细胞:具有发育的全能型,可诱导分化为机体中所有种类的细胞,1Embryonic stem cells are totipotent and can give rise to all cell types of the body during development.
成体干细胞:能够自我更新、并且能够特化形成特定类型组织或器官2Adult stem cells can renew themselves, and can differentiate to yield the major specialized cell types of the tissue or organ,.
按照分化潜能来分类,可分为:Stem cells classification by their differentiate potential:
全能干细胞,如胚胎干细胞,可以无限增殖并分化成为全身200多种细胞类型,这些分化出的细胞可构成人体的各种组织和器官,具有发育形成完整个体的潜能。1Totipotent stem cells, e.g. embryonic stem cells, can give rise to each of the more than 200 cell types of the body. The differentiated cells make up all the tissues and organs.
多能干细胞,如间充质干细胞,具有向多种细胞和组织分化发育的潜能,但失去了发育成整个个体的能力。2 Pluripotent stem cells, e.g. mesenchymal stem cells, specify the potential to differentiate into multiple specialized cell types, but can not develop into an organism.
专能干细胞,如表皮干细胞,具有只向一种或密切相关的两种类型细胞分化的潜能。3 Unipotent stem cells, e.g. epidermal stem cells, can produce only one cell type or cells of a closely related family.
